5 Large or 8 Small peaches (peeled & sliced)
2 cups of All Purpose Flour
2 cups of Sugar
2 cups of 2% Milk
2 sticks of Butter
1 tsp Cinnamon
Non-stick spray
Large 11x14 glass baking dish
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray glass baking dish with PAM.
3. Soften butter in microwave for about 15 seconds.
4. In a large bowl mix by hand: flour, sugar and butter. The mixture will be dry and lumpy. Try to blend as much of the butter in as you can.
5. Next, spread about 1/4 cup of mixture on to the bottom on the baking dish.
6. Then spread peach slices on top and it should completely cover the bottom. (Tip: the peach juice is a great addition here)
7. Sprinkle peaches with cinnamon.
8. Spread the rest of the flour mixture on top of the peaches.
9. Finally, slowly pour milk over the top. DO NOT stir.
Place uncovered in oven for approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour until top is golden brown. Let cool for about 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
